General Terms

• Wholesale accounts are available to brick and mortar stores and some online retailers.

• Products must be purchased for the purpose of resale to the public, and all wholesale accounts must provide a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

• If selling online, we ask that you honor our policy of offering GGP products on your shop’s own website but refrain from posting products on Etsy, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, Amazon Handmade and other third party sites.

Net 30 Payment Terms

GGP’s Net 30 payment terms for approved wholesale customers are as follows:

• Net 30 payment terms are not available for first orders.

• New accounts with Net 30 terms must provide three (3) trade references.

• When placing orders online, Net 30 is available on the GGP checkout page in addition to paying with your credit card as you check out.

• Pre-paid GGP orders are given inventory and shipping priority. Net 30 accounts are advised to checkout with a credit card payment if an order is urgent.

• Late payment will incur a 5% penalty 10 business days from the due date of the Net 30 invoice.

Zip Code Exclusivity

Global Goods Partners’ (GGP) original designs are pivotal to the success of our wholesale partners’ assortments. GGP offers zip code protection to our retail entities with storefronts and/or active websites. In order to maintain zip code protection, we require orders totaling $6,000 in the past 12 months.

GGP may contact you regarding new account applications within your zip code, or if your zip code protected status is due to change for any reason.

Use of GGP Assets

GGP is pleased to make available for retailers’ use the product photos found on our website. Please credit Global Goods Partners upon posting.

All products listed on your website must be renamed and product descriptions materially revised when posted and offered for sale by a retailer other than GGP.
